Ever get that feeling that you have nothing to cook! I decided to throw in some vegetables and ingredients into the pasta and the outcome was so delicious that its now one of the favorite quick and easy pastas to make.
Ingredients: Garlic, Broccoli, Mushroom, Spaghetti Pasta, Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO), Salt, Pepper, Low Sodium Soy Sauce, and Parmesan Cheese.
First boil your pasta on Medium-High, and heat the chopped garlic in EVOO in Meduim-Low. Add chopped broccoli and mushrooms to the garlic and toss to coat with garlic. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and a dash of low sodium soy sauce and lower the temperature to Low. Once the pasta is cooked add it to the vegetables and toss, sprinkle in Parmesan cheese to melt. Once plated I like to sprinkle some more Parmesan and voila your done!
